Email and phone verification are required before going available or starting a chat. Face verification is mandatory to confirm your photos.
Going available shares an approximate location to show you to nearby people (within 500 meters). We do not store historical locations—only your latest heartbeat while you are available. You can go offline anytime.
Venues (campuses, bars, airports, and similar) may run MeetNow on-site to help guests connect. Venue operators are responsible for complying with local laws, posting required notices, providing on-premise safety measures, and configuring an appropriate discovery radius for their location.
You can also use MeetNow outside hosted venues. These locations are unconfirmed and may carry higher security risks. Use reporting/blocking, follow in-app safety guidelines, and meet in public places.
Mutual likes while both are available create a match with a 15-minute chat window. When the timer ends, the chat closes and messages are no longer accessible.
Keep photos accurate and appropriate. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or safety guidelines.
Premium features are billed per the pricing shown in-app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
MeetNow is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for user conduct or offline interactions. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the safety guidelines. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after notice means you agree to the changes.
